Green Tea
Green tea is touted by many to be able to increase the drinker's metabolism, which should in turn help burn off more calories than usual. Green tea extract can be found in a wide array of products, including weight loss supplements and chewing gum. Those who want to lose a serious amount of weight should not rely on green tea or the extract alone, but on diet and exercise. As with any health related information, always check with your doctor before you start a new regimen. |
