Optical Mice
An optical mouse is a mouse that does not have a roller ball inside of it. An optical mouse uses lasers to determine whether or not the mouse is moving. A roller ball mouse depends on movement, which will move the roller ball, hence its name. Optical mice are becoming the norm, and it is becoming very difficult to find a roller ball mouse these days. Because optical mice have more precision than their roller ball counterparts, it is best to invest in an optical mouse. |
